You must have experienced such hard situation: being crowded with lots of fussy things that not knowing which things to be done first. Or always forget some important date that because of bad memory. Actually, no all of us are genius to remember everything. That's the reason why personal assistant exists. But, you may notice that to hire an excellent assistant will cost you so much, I think. This is an awesome list ! Many thanks for putting this together ! I would add a couple of things – TiddlyWiki for PIM / Wiki on a stick – I carry a USB stick with TiddlyWiki with me everywhere and it is awesome. I also use SMEStorage to back up my outlook & LinkedIN contacts to MobileMe. This enables me to get to all any archived contact from my iPhone without having to keep them in my current phone list which is a pain.
